Shirodhara
A 5,000 + year old treatment from India designed to reset the mind-body connection. Organic sesame oil is warmed and poured into a copper vessel above the head, and allowed to pour over the forehead in the region of the third eye energy center. The continuous motion of warm oil over the forehead and scalp is divinely relaxing. The sensation and result is likened to unplugging your central nervous system, defragging it, and plugging it back in, thereby rebooting the mind, body and soul.

Reiki Forgiveness bowl
Are you feeling ready to let go of past memories and events holding you back from achieving your highest vibration? Join us in this celebratory burning ceremony where our Reiki masters guide you to let go of past memories, thoughts, and or feelings that no longer serve us, to allow space for our best self to shine through. During this ceremony we engage in a forgiveness exercise which is proven to improve sleep, release emotions, lower blood pressure, reduce anxiety and depression.
Ceremony with reiki master $75
I was skeptical about the burning bowl ceremony, but we decided to give it a try.
We sat in the Carriage House, using the great paper and pens and wrote down things, people and situations “that no longer served us”. We didn’t share with each other, just worked independently, but together in spirit. When we finished, we both took our folded up notes and took turns throwing them in the fire.
With each note thrown, we became more emotional. Watching the paper change forms and eventually turn to ash was very powerful.
After all the notes were in the fire, we looked at each other and burst into tears. What a moving and restoring experience, letting go of things that no longer served us. We are rising up!

Reiki + Sound Bath
Holy Fire Reiki is a form of “hands-on-healing” in which your therapist works with universal life force energy to restore your energy centers (chakras) to their most natural state flow. This process helps to restore and strengthen the whole system - mind, body, spirit -for wellness. Reiki is great for anyone seeking relief from ailments such as stress, physical pain, anxiety, arthritis, depression and fibromyalgia.
These treatments are conducted in our Wellness Studio located above the restaurant at 214 S. Main in downtown Jacksonville.

A therapeutic cellular massage. Everything vibrates at different frequencies, including your body. Yoga
